Gardens beyond the clouds - Opening

Two types of residences, named “Attici” and “Nuvole”, each characterized by the same design intent to create homes of high architectural quality, extremely comfortable, and with extraordinary internal flexibility. All residences are equipped with technologically advanced systems, with particular attention to thermal and acoustic insulation, as well as overall energy efficiency, enabling the achievement of energy class “A”.

The residences are immersed in greenery, suspended in the air, with common areas shaded by birches and sweetgum trees, ornamental plants, and lawns that create relaxing atmospheres and pleasant sensations, while serving as a scenic backdrop for the various types of apartments. Each apartment, as a design choice, is conceived as an autonomous unit, without vertical contiguity with other residences, each with exclusive hanging gardens, sometimes covered, open, or featuring water elements that interact with the surroundings through light effects.

The distinctive typology of the residences, consisting of blocks/attics at various levels, allows continuous and varied views of the city through glass surfaces running along the entire perimeter of each residence, offering a skyline where the “Torrazzo” and “il Minareto” rise impressively. The architecture is characterized by transparent, straight, and sinuous surfaces that create continuity between interior and exterior in a whirlwind of air and light.
